Alon Shabo, a pastry chef renowned for his meticulously made pastries and desserts, offers his freshly baked pastries along with selected design items.
A unique project in which the space, the branding and the products, all correspond to a coherent aesthetic vision.

The space echoes the honest approach in which the client supports; bare materials as concrete and stainless steel along visible infrastructure elements, all create a clean and straightforward feel. Transparent glass allows a clear view of the preparation and production area, both from the street as well as from the store’s interior.
The design aims to reflect the raw and minimalist aesthetic of the architectural elements, but also to allow a soft and inviting scale, by dividing the space into smaller geometric areas and volumes.
